NetInformer Powers Wireless Entertainment Program for Colorado Rockies Sponsored by Verizon Wireless

August 12, 2004, Denver — NetInformer, a leading provider of wireless messaging and mobile marketing software and services, and Verizon Wireless have teamed up with Major League Baseball's Colorado Rockies to provide wireless entertainment and live audience participation programs at Coors Field. Rockies fans can now use their mobile phone to participate in team trivia contests sponsored by Verizon Wireless.

Between innings at upcoming home games, Verizon Wireless will present a TEXT2WIN interactive trivia game on the Rockies Diamond Vision screen. All Rockies fans can text in and play, regardless of their wireless carrier. Randomly selected fans who answer the question correctly will win free tickets and other Rockies merchandise.

NetInformer's in-venue messaging application and services provide the vehicle for designing and managing the TXT2WIN contest.

"Our SPORTSinformer application makes it possible for Verizon Wireless to promote their brand with text messaging campaigns that are integrated with the company's overall marketing strategy," said Greg Pinter, CEO of NetInformer. "It's a very direct and personal connection with consumers. Plus it's a fun and easy way for Rockies fans of all ages to test their baseball knowledge."
