Greg Pinter, CEO

Mr. Pinter was one of the main drivers at SkyTel, responsible for developing their 2-way messaging units and network protocol. Greg holds five patents in the wireless messaging area, and developed many new products and services while serving as VP of Business Development at Glenayre/Wireless Access. More recently, he was with Mobileway where he was Vice President and General Manager for the Americas, responsible for North American sales, marketing, and operations.

Eric Hamer, CTO

Mr. Hamer invented Keynote Systems’ (NASDAQ: KEYN) patented Transactive service. Eric, author of the book Mastering Windows NT Programming, is a visionary technologist with proven capability to lead and build a technically complex service. Eric is solely responsible for the development of NetInformer’s currently operating Send-Now technology.

James Powell, VP of Marketing

Mr. Powell has more than 16 years of strategic marketing experience at leading advertising agencies and Fortune 500 companies. At Charles Schwab, he directed the company's interactive advertising, yielding some of the highest response rates in the industry while lowering the cost of new customer acquisitions from $187 to $67. At CKS, he managed the development of online initiatives for Sun Microsystems, VISA, Johnson & Johnson and Eckerd Drugs. While at Ogilvy & Mather and Foote Cone & Belding, he created award winning print and broadcast campaigns.
